    WRD!'yi indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Oyun, DVRN Games tarafından geliştirilir ve yayımlanır.

    1. Hizmetin tanımı

    WRD!, kelime kurma ve tur bazlı düello mekaniğine dayanan çevrimiçi/çevrimdışı bir mobil oyundur. Çevrimiçi özellikler (eşleşme, arkadaşlar, liderlik tablosu, bulut kayıt) internet bağlantısı ve hesap girişi gerektirir.

    2. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

    Oyun; hesap kimliği, bulut kayıt, arkadaşlar ve liderlik tablosu için Epic Online Services (EOS), girişte kimlik doğrulama için Google Sign-In ve Sign in with Apple, reklamlar için Google AdMob, satın alma işlemleri için Google Play ve Apple App Store kullanır. Her hizmet kendi kullanım koşullarına tabidir.

    Bu oyun Firebase, Unity Ads, Google Play Games Services veya Apple Game Center kullanmaz.

    3. Hesabınız

    • Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
    • Bir hesap yalnızca bir kişi tarafından kullanılmalıdır; hesap satışı, devri, ticareti veya kiralanması yasaktır.
    • Oyuncu adınız uygunsuz, yanıltıcı veya başkasının hakkını ihlal eder nitelikteyse önceden bildirim yapılmadan değiştirilebilir veya hesabınız askıya alınabilir.

    4. Yasaklanan davranışlar

    Aşağıdaki davranışlar hesabınızın askıya alınmasına veya kalıcı olarak yasaklanmasına yol açabilir:

    • Hile, bot veya değiştirilmiş istemci (modified client) kullanımı,
    • Skor/istatistik manipülasyonu,
    • Çoklu hesap açarak sistemi kötüye kullanma,
    • Diğer oyunculara hakaret, taciz veya tehdit,
    • Sunucu altyapısına yetkisiz erişim denemesi,
    • Hesabın satılması, devredilmesi veya kiralanması.

    5. Sanal öğeler ve satın almalar

    • Oyun içi para birimi, kartlar ve reklamsız sürüm gibi sanal öğeler Google Play veya Apple App Store üzerinden gerçek parayla satın alınabilir.
    • Sanal öğelerin hiçbir gerçek dünya parasal değeri yoktur; gerçek paraya veya başka bir hizmetin sanal öğesine dönüştürülemez, devredilemez.
    • Ürün fiyatları önceden bildirilmeksizin değiştirilebilir; değişiklik önceden yapılmış satın almaları etkilemez.
    • İadeler, satın alımın yapıldığı mağazanın (Google Play / App Store) iade politikasına tabidir; biz doğrudan iade işlemi yapamayız.
    • Hesabınızı sildiğinizde sanal öğeleriniz kalıcı olarak kaybolur ve iade edilmez.

    6. Fikri mülkiyet

    Oyunun tasarımı, görsel/işitsel içeriği ve yazılımı DVRN Games'e aittir. Oyunu tersine mühendislikle çözmek, kopyalamak veya izinsiz dağıtmak yasaktır.

    7. Sorumluluk sınırlaması

    WRD! "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.

    8. Değişiklikler

    Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde oyun içinde bilgilendirme yapılabilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

      By downloading or using WRD!, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. The Game is developed and published by DVRN Games.

      1. Description of the service

      WRD! is an online/offline mobile game based on word-building and round-based duel mechanics. Online features (matchmaking, friends, leaderboard, cloud save) require an internet connection and signing in to an account.

      2. Third-party services

      The Game uses Epic Online Services (EOS) for account identity, cloud save, friends and the leaderboard; Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple for authentication at sign-in; Google AdMob for advertising; and Google Play and the Apple App Store for purchases. Each service is subject to its own terms of use.

      This game does not use Firebase, Unity Ads, Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center.

      3. Your account

      • You are responsible for the security of your account.
      • An account must be used by one person only; selling, transferring, trading or renting accounts is prohibited.
      • If your player name is inappropriate, misleading or infringes someone else's rights, it may be changed or your account may be suspended without prior notice.

      4. Prohibited conduct

      The following may lead to your account being suspended or permanently banned:

      • Using cheats, bots or a modified client,
      • Manipulating scores or statistics,
      • Abusing the system by creating multiple accounts,
      • Insulting, harassing or threatening other players,
      • Attempting unauthorised access to the server infrastructure,
      • Selling, transferring or renting the account.

      5. Virtual items and purchases

      • Virtual items such as in-game currency, cards and the ad-free version can be purchased with real money through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
      • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value; they cannot be converted into real money or into virtual items of another service, and cannot be transferred.
      • Product prices may change without prior notice; changes do not affect purchases already made.
      • Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the store where the purchase was made (Google Play / App Store); we cannot process refunds directly.
      • When you delete your account, your virtual items are permanently lost and are not refunded.

      6. Intellectual property

      The Game's design, visual and audio content and software belong to DVRN Games. Reverse engineering, copying or distributing the Game without permission is prohibited.

      7. Limitation of liability

      WRD! is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

      8. Changes

      We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, a notice may be shown in the game. The current version is always published on this page.
